Posted by Real Estate Investor on Jul 11 | Real Estate Investing Chatter

Hi! We’re planning on starting a kiosk business selling Christmas ornaments, and we estimate the business to last for only 2 or 3 months. we don’t really want to spend too much on a POS. i wonder if there’s any POS system for least/rent that you can recommend? Any related information would help.. thanks!!, more
Where can I rent/lease a Point of Sale (POS) system?
and I'm renting a house, i've never paid the pet fee because there's a lot of the house?  that needs work, what can i do?, more

and When using a HELOC to help purchase a second house does it have to have share title with the HELOC holder?  I am buying a home (with a loan and it will only have my name on the loan) and my mother has agreed to help with repairs by using her Home Equity Line Of Credit on her home. She would like to take the tax deductible interest from the HELOC (up to 100k, from what I understand), does she need to be on my house title to qualify for the tax deduction?, more

Can I leave apt if the lease is not in my name? I have P.O.A.?  My hubby deployed. Signed a lease in his name for me to live in apt. I pay the rent. I am pregnant and I have to move out of state very soon. They said I can leave but I will have to remain liable for the 60 days I’m not here. Even tho I didnt put in 60 day notice. I put one in before but it was cancelled wayy back. CAN THEY DO THAT? This sounds like a scam to me. I know other properties dont do that.
My name is not on the lease but his is. Will they sue him? But he is deployed and has showed his orders. Left months ago, more
