and what are some good apartments?  in tampa florida that have nice but somewhat inexpensive studio apartments . im not looking to be extremely cheap because i strongly believe that you get what you pay for but then again i dont want to spend all the money i have on rent . any ideas help. thanks (:, more 

and Is There an Owner Financing For a Mobile Home?  I am looking for a double wide 3/4 bedrooms in the Columbus, Ashville are and would need owner financing for two years. My husband has been employed at his current job for 2 years and prior to that he was there 6 years (same type of business). We would love to move our family in to a mobile park that is quiet and family oriented. If you have one or know of how I could get info. on owner financing please let me know. In New York's upper east side, why is real estate SO much cheaper on York avenue than others?  Is it less safe? Is it older? Is it dirtier? Please describe., more 

and help with FHA loans.?  I am looking to buy a house in the next 2 months and I have prequalified for an fha loan but I only have 2(rent and water bill) trade lines of credit that are in good status. The other utilities I have been late on a few times in the past but have never been terminated.I need to know what I need to do to get the loan. I have always paid cash for everything so I don’t have traditional credit lines.I also would need to know how much my closing and down payment would be on a house that is 69,000. Our yearly income is between 60,000 and 70,000 if that helps at all. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it ., more
