How can I get my roommate evicted for smoking pot? It was in our lease not to have any drugs in our apt?

My roommate just recently started smoking pot in our apartment. I’m expecting and DO NOT want to be around or involved with any of this. My baby is due in 6 weeks, and I want to have him out of here before the baby gets here! I’m pretty sure it was in our lease that there should be no drug use. What action should I take to notify the landlord, and get him evicted?, more 

and Once we close on our "old" FHA mortgage can we get a FHA mortgage on our new home?  We have had a FHA loan for 5-years-never been late. We are in the process of selling this house. Once we close out this FHA mortgage can we get another FHA mortgage on the new home we are going to build?, more 

and How can I sell/market my rural lake view home in this economy?  The only realtor around here sells nothing. I have tried listing it on numerous for sale by owner sites but only a few bites and no buyers. I am desperate to sell as my husband is dying and the elevation(4000 ft) makes it difficult for him to breathe. I have reduced the price to below what I paid for it plus it has $25,000 in recent upgrades. I am also offering some financing but the balance would have to be cash.
My question is how to market the home for a quick sale or is there any other creative way that I can finance the home and still get the cash I need to move on? By the way, the home is a partial mobile home on a foundation but does not qualify for a bank loan., more 

How do I know if tenant still lives in the house on-line ?  My tenant said she’s ending her lease this month, but I haven’t received her last check. I don’t know if she has left and I couldn’t find out because I live out of state and she doesn’t pick up the phone.. is there an online service or something that would tell me if someone is living there or if it is vacant ?, more 

and Apartment complex parking…very frustrating!?  There is this man that lives on the other side of my apartment complex and it would make more sense for him to park on that side because its closer to his front door well instead he parks over where we live (the other side of the apartments, we still live in the same joining complex) and we also have limited space over here due to the many apts on this side where we live…its frustrating me because he should park on the other side, he just wants to walk on the sidewalk! I have talked to the mgr before about parking (not this situation) and it feels like im complaining and she just basically said to deal with it, it happens sometimes and we need to be patient. BUT AGAIN it makes more sense for him to park on HIS side of the complex instead of our limited space over here…I dont want to say anything to the MGR cause i feel like it wont do any good, i have thought about putting an annoymous letter in her mailbox but I dont know what to do? Should i Deal with it or say something ( or write something lol) cause sometimes becaause of him, i have to park in the back parking lot., more
