Does this make sense? Would they warn them?

Posted by on Jul 19 | Real Estate Investing Chatter

Okay well my boyfriend, my friend and my friend’s brother got in a lot of trouble. My boyfriend told me that he had to move because he has got in so much trouble in my neighborhood. I didn’t believe him so I talked to his ho-faced stepmom and she said they had to move too. But she said Our neighborhood office told them they would be getting a 30 day notice. They haven’t recieved it yet and would the office tell them before they gave it to them? Because I really don’t believe they would do that.
The thing is they told them they would be recieving a 30 day notice 9 days ago. And they still haven’t recieved it., more

and Low income housing in Maryland. What is the right website to search for an person making less than 15,000.?  This was a huge mistake moving to maryland with family. Now I’m in a jam and I need to live by myself for the time being.I’ve tired reaching out to HUD. I was hoping I could apply for section 8 but here in the Dc area that’s an 6 year wait. I have had alittle luck with them also. Like applying but to find out there are no 1br apartments avalible only something greater. I’ve had only the run around thus far. What is the best website to search?/, more

and Is it OK to get loan for more than the purchase price of a house, as long as it's not over the house value?  I am buying a house from a relative for $200k. The property appraised for $270,000; they’re selling to me for $200k since I am a relative, and the property is paid off so it’s basically $200k in their pocket. Is it acceptable to get a loan for say $230,000 to retire some other debts? In a sense, I’d be immediately getting a “home equity loan” in the first mortgage., more

can my landlord stop me from having guests over even though the lease doesn't forbid it?  Well I posted a previous question asking if my landlord could curtail or restrict guests from staying over my apartment past a week
many people said as long as the lease doesn’t spell out any restrictions, i should be ok and I can have people over past a week
I just read my lease paperwork, and it doesn’t say anything about guests other than I am responsible for the actions of my guests
So, since my lease doesn’t ban me from having guests longer than a week, i assume I can have my boyfriend over for 2 weeks
What happens if the landlord says “no” any way despite the lease not saying anything about guests? What legal action can I take?, more

and We've been considered for section 8 2bd, but I have a question…?  So, my husband and I are very new to the section 8 program, we know nothing about it really. But, we received a package saying we’re being considered for a 2BD place, it’s my husband, myself and our one year old daughter, but we just found out we have another baby on the way. Will this qualify us for a 3BD place? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! =)
I consider myself blessed. I’m just asking questions to understand this better. Thank you for your answer.
Okay, thank you =), more
