Uniform Residential Loan App. shows no assets?

I applied to refinance my mortgage, and the first loan app showed my assets and liabilities correctly, except one asset was missing but didn’t seem to affect the loan’s outcome. However, while signing and initialling paperwork at closing, I noticed that the final loan app suddenly lists my assets as two cents. LOL
Why would the bank do this? Did it get me some sort of benefit that I would not otherwise have gotten?, more 
and how much i need to invest for construting 3 floors on a 200 sq.yard plot in ghaziabad through a contractor?  , more 

and Need some thoughts… I am making an offer to buy our 1st home.?  1) The home I’m interested in is having both agents in the house (I have my own buyer agent and the seller also uses another agent by the same company). What kind of question should I ask to advocate for myself?
2) The asking price is $ 449,000. And I’ve heard from my own agent that he checked with his coworker (seller agent) and found out that there are 30 offers and that I should at least make an offer for $ 500 K and not asking for an inspection because the sellers want a clean offer They had done an inspection already. He said an offer without an inspection request will get a better chance. I don’t feel 100% good about this. And I am not sure if this agent is pushing me up for this. I want to believe that he is looking out for me. Any advice or thought given to me I would really appreciate that. T H A N K Y O U ^_^

and Where should you go to complain or report a horrible service by a home loan lending company?  Along with the constant pressure to sign papers as fast as we can, It also includes hiding valuable information such as:notifying the day of the signing that the extra 10k for the new housing was depleted.
constantly having small mistakes in the contract, etc.?
Basically, we wanna know who to contact about this horrible service that we got with them?… I dont know if it will help to complain to them now, since we dont wanna get screwed some more? and we already signed the paperwork., more
