how can i get out of my lease?

My roommates are nothing but Jerks to me. I live with my best friend and his wife. and her sister, we all got in on the lease for a house. I rent two rooms, My friend and his wife rent two rooms and so does her sister, i also rent half the garage with her sister. When we moved in the owners had a fridge and stove in the house. my roommates have their own fridge and stove, so we moved out the landlords, and we moved theirs in. a month later, me and his wife got into a fight, and i was told if i kept it up i couldnt use the fridge or stove, i kept useing them, cause i can. just the other day i moved two containers to another self, The next morning my best friend calls me and leaves a voice mail, telling me that she packed her bags and was leaving him cause i moved the 2 contaniers. all i hear now is that wat an ass i am. and how im running their marrige, And yes I cant spell.LOL. SO I moved all my stuff out of the fridge, and have yet to use the kitchen. AM I entitled to a 3rd of the fridge space and the cupboards? cause i only get one, and they all have 5 or 6 a each? would this hold up in housing court to get me out of the lease? Please help me!!!!!!!!!, more 

and I live in California and lease a house but might be relocating to another city. Can I break the lease legally?  I might be transferring to a job somewhere else. Can I break a lease legally in california., more 

and The HOA I live in has a handful of ridiculous rules, how can they be interpretation and are they ridiculous?  Here’s the first part of the TRASH section.
1. Trash is to be taken out only on pick up day for collection.
Here’s the second part of the SIGN section.
2. No signs of any kind are allowed in windows of property.
For the first one I interpreted it as, even as common as it is, garbage can’t be taken out the night before.
The second one, anything can be considered as sign, (stickers saying “this how is protected by ABC Security” or a child’s painting that says “Grandma lives here,” etc.).
Any clarification?
Since those people agreed to enforce those rules.
It doesn’t seem like the people who run the HOA don’t take the rules seriously, should I send them the address of all of the offending houses?, more 

If your house doesn't sell for enough to pay the mortgage off…?  is it possible to charge the remaining amount on a credit card to finish paying it off? Basically, we have a house that is in my mom’s name. We want to move to a better area/house. $53K left on the mortgage…it needs a lot of repairs. It may or may not sell for enough to pay off the mortgage. If something like $10k to $15k was left…would they let me charge that to my credit card, as her son? So that she could focus on getting the new house and not have that debt affecting her. Possible or no? Of course, I know we’d need a big downpayment for the new place, etc. and there are closing costs and such., more
