I was looking for a loan, to purchase three multi family homes, does any one know what type of loan, i need?

I want to buy three houses which contain three apartments each, I don’t know what type of loan i need. I need some positive answer with good feed back thanks., more 

and Does anybody have any info or informed opinion on the worth or successfulness of selling your home on ebay?  Just finishing up repairs and cleaning home in anticipation of listing home with real estate broker. As time is of the essence, figured I’d begin the process by placing ads on craigslist(done) and possibly ebay.
Although I’d still have to read the fine print with regard to the ebay classified listing, it obviously comes with a fee. At first glance, a 30-day classified ad comes with a $150.00 price tag. Nominal in comparison to commission fees from an agent, but nonetheless money I can not waste.
Does anyone know or has had experience searching/placing an add for a home in the NYor tri-state area using ebay?
Curious, if it would be better spent towards a classified ad in a local paper.
I am talking about a listing price of over $500,000.00, which even in todays market is well below appraised value AND assessed value., more 

and can i direct deposit my nj homestead rebate into my wife's account?  , more 

Has anyone set up a house to rent out for corporate housing? If so tell me how to get renters?  I have the house remodeled and furnished., more 

and Listing Status:Off Market?  I want to buy a house and the dealer changed the listing status from ACTIVE to ((Listing Status :Off Market)) and my question now is What does OFF MARKET mean….??
It is mean the house is sold….??, more
