Is that right if I bought a townhouse/condo the condo here means that I just owned the building but not the lot…?
and the lot owned by the state?, more 

and What would be the cost (per sq foot) on a 200 unit apartment complex?  I’m looking to invest in some smaller apartments, but there is always the possibility that I will want something larger. I would like to know what would be the cost of a project that large., more
