Could selling your first house after 3 months hurt your credit?

me and my exgirlfriend bought a house together in AZ about 2 months ago, now that we want to split up (yes i know what you guys will say blah blah) anyway, my question is. I am the only one on the mortgage and we’re both on the title. If we put the house up for sale after only 3 months since we moved it, could it hurt my credit? Any other negative ramifications financially?

and tenants throwing cigarette butts onto my balcony?  I live in a downtown condo building. My balcony is the last one on the building and therefor it is not covered. Starting a month ago i began finding cigarette butts on my balcony. I contacted my property manager regarding the issue and a warning letter was sent out to the 2 apartments directly above me. One of those tenants personally told me that he does not smoke so it singles out the other apartment as the culprit.
Following that it happened again and then again and today I went out to my balcony it HAPPENED AGAIN. this time it was bad because there was a total of 10 butts on my balcony. I am wondering what rights I have and what actions can be taken.
Does anyone else have experience with similar issues?
I mean what happens next if there were to be a fire started? Where would due diligence be on the part of strata., more

and If the house I am renting is going into foreclosure…?  can I put the money into an escrow so I do not have to keep paying him rent since it will not be going to mortgage?? Can you offer me any advice on how to go about this whole thing? Do you think I will get back my security deposits? If not how am I suppose to save up the money to put a deposit down on another place?? Is there a way to get out of paying him rent? I still have 9 months on my 1 yr lease and I live in FL., more
