and Can you be held responsible for "damages" to a rental home if there wasn't a proper walk through of home? We rented a home with verbal agreements about everything dealing with the home. We were never late on rent but the kicked us out. Now that we are out of the home, they are trying to say we damaged the home. My question is if they can hold us responsible for the “repairs” if the owners never walked us through the home, documenting everything the way that is was before we rented the home?, more

I just moved into an apartment and there are many issues with it. I reported and they have tried to fix? The carpet has stains that they tried to clean already but they are still there. The two bathrooms have been fixed already but still having problems (the floper gets stucked in both of them), and some other issues. I was not showed the apartment because “they do not have a model for these one”, and have a 30 days guarantee to move out getting your deposit back if you do not like it but you do not get your moving expenses back. Should I just report the damage and get a manager’s signature to assess the damage in the carpet and try to get everything else fixed? I do not have money to move again., more
