re mortgage or new mortgage?
and In finding a room where will the landlords meet the tenants?  In this question I mean to say that in an accommodation no tenants are able to stay for longer if they come by their own or come by seeing an advertisement.Tenants are only able to stay for longer if the landlord knows them from their back history like their relatives. So where will the landlords meet and place the tenants?, more

what are rural loans and what are they for?  This question is specifically for those who live in the Valley of the Sun.
Lately I’ve heard people talking about “Rural Loans.” From what I understand the cities of Buckeye, Goodyear, etc. are offering incentives to anyone who moves there. I’ve been told that many people who would not otherwise qualify for a home loan are being allowed to purchase homes there. I’ve even been told that they’re being offered rock bottom pricing on homes.
I took it with a grain of salt, but…is it true?
If it is, it would be extremely helpful if you could include any relevant links.
Thanks for your time!, more

and About roommates..I need some help before tomorrow please.?  Well, #1 why is it that getting a roommate always ends in disaster?
And the rest of my question can get complicated. Please read it because i am having a bit of anxiety attacks right now. Be blunt, be honest. I need the truth. I am in Texas BTW
Fact: Our roommates are rude to us everyday and when we met for the “roommate interview” they were all nice and ****.
Fact: Our roommates did not give us a key to the house, where everything we own is stored.
Fact: we moved in July 24th. We did not yet pay the rent because of a financial mishap caused by my fiance’s employer. we were expecting the check to arrive on the 28th of July. Turned out it wont be here till the 15th of august.
Fact: We are moving out tomorrow while the roommates are gone to work.
Question: since there was no rental agreement signed, no rent paid as of yet, legally what can they do? when they come home tomorrow, all our stuff will be gone (not THEIR stuff, we just want what we brought with us, because we are quite tired of the way we are treated, which is like kids) They aren’t going to know this, but we intend to pay them for the 2 weeks we have been here, we just can’t do it till the 15th. I am scared to death they are going to call the cops and start all kinds of ****.
they are treating us like **** (i assume, and i have good reason…) because they had 3 other roommates before us that disrespected them and used them. (they even gloated about pulling a gun on them in the front yard whilst asking them to remove their things) In this case, we had every intention of paying until payroll fucked everything up. Also, we have been nothing but nice to these people even though they talk to us like we’re dog ****. We are expected to do things around the house, but when we DO it, it’s wrong. When we try and talk to them they interrupt what we say EVERY TIME (no exaggerations, i wish i could have video taped all of our conversations, or lack thereof)
I’m very frustrated and my nerves are about gone, I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense.. please help me if you can. i will keep checking the question and i will add details if anyone needs more info…. thanks so much in advance.
Well answerer #1, i could not have possibly added alllll details in there, so let me add those here.
#1 we will be here when they leave for work…. we can unlock the door from the inside. and we can lock it behind us when we leave.
# 2 They told us when we found out about payroll that they were financially OK and would be ok whether we were here or not. In fact they told us twice in the same ‘conversation’
#3 they allowed us to move in because the check was going to come in 4 days, we didn’t have any clue how long it might take to finish moving everything, so we scheduled it a few days before. Also, it was his scheduled days off from work.
And also, it is not our fault about payroll either. no one has the right to be pissed but us for getting screwed at the worst possible time., more
